  Process  
When you call Beyond Addictions you will speak with an Intake Counselor who will review the services we offer and answer any questions you may have. Pre-admission lab tests and an evaluation will be scheduled at this time. You will be asked to go to the lab before arriving at Beyond Addictions. Upon arrival for the Evaluation you will receive an information packet and meet with a Counselor in our consultation room.

At this time you will be asked to fill out pre-admission paperwork and talk with the Counselor about your situation and your needs. Next, you will meet with a Nurse Practitioner for a physical examination. You will then meet with a Counselor to complete a Drug and Alcohol Assessment. Ultimately, the Beyond Addictions team will meet and recommend a customized treatment plan for you.
